SHIPPING
We've kept this charge as small as possible. Most orders are despatched from London, which means you get fast, reliable delivery. UK = 5 days, Europe = 7 days, South Africa = 7 days, Worldwide = 14 days. South African orders are delivered via standard postal services from Cape Town. There is no discount for multiple items as we are charged for shipping based on weight. The PRICELIST page will automatically calculate the shipping due. When you select your country the shipping charge will change automatically to reflect the correct total charge.

PACKAGING
Books are wrapped in protective wrapping and posted in tough envelopes. All DVDs are boxed.

CUSTOMS
Depending on the Customs laws of your country, you may have to pay some duties at your post office when you collect your goods. Note that all products shipped to EU countries or South Africa have NO CUSTOMS payable.

RETURNS
If any products shipped to you are defective, please return them within three weeks for an exchange or a  refund.
